Anita Akuffo and KiDi's old photo returns to "haunt" her
For years, dating rumors have been spread using an old photo of musician KiDi hugging television host Anita Akuffo from behind.
According to internet users, based on their chemistry, the two may have been more than just pals in the past. KiDi and Anita went to the same elementary school all the way up to junior high.
The aforementioned image was first released by Anita as part of the #10yearsChallenge on her social media platforms on Friday, August 26.
The tweet that said: "The way Ghana dey go, you just for find somebody cool to dey by your side so you get it through" included the TV host and her pal KiDi as recipients.
Anita reacted to this by asking, "Oh you folks too, why?"
The television personality explained in April 2021 that she and her friend had never been romantically involved, adding that their communication had lapsed due to their hectic schedules.
"In JHS, KiDi was merely a friend of mine; contrary to what has been implied in the media, we never engaged in any kind of intimate intercourse. Due to our hectic schedules, I don't see him very often these days, and we don't have any romantic intentions "She revealed during a Delay Show interview.
